TP was a member of the Swedish Government’s delegation to UNGASS in New York in 1998 and a trainer in the “Drug Trafficking Module” for the EU applicant countries of Central and Eastern Europe. More medical pot cards mean fewer drug arrests, campus police at Sonoma State University say.
Rocket science? No! If you provide a dopey with a card, thereby providing him/her with easy “legal” access to marijuana - of course you´ll get fewer arrests. However, that is not the major point of interest.
