Italy: Key turncoat to testify at general's mafia trial

A key Sicilian mafia informant, Gaspare Spatuzza will testify at the trial of an Italian general accused of helping jailed mafia 'boss of bosses' Bernardo Provenzano avoid capture in 1993. Gaspare Spatuzza, who admits having murdered dozens of people, will on 5 October give evidence at the trial of Gen. Mario Mori and Col. Mauro, who are accused of abetting Provenzano.
