The aim of Centre d'appui pour le développement rural et communautaire (CADERCO) is to promote rural communities socially, economically, culturally and in terms of health and promotion of human rights, but also to combat social and economic stratification through non-violence through the fight against tribalism, regionalism, clanism and idleness.
