Mandera anti-drug movement is a county-wide eradicating drug and substance abuse project that offers a simple bold blueprint for what we all can do as individuals, organizations, communities and nationally to realise drug abuse-free society and more useful youth in the county.
MADMO THREE STEPS MODEL
1. EDUCATION: Education programs are needed to engage citizens on the effects of drugs on human beings.
2. COLLABORATION: Partnerships need to be encouraged to empower the dreams of drugs free.
3. POLICY INTERVENTION: Appropriate legislation and enforcement is needed.
