1. Public awareness on the adverse effect of drugs & substance abuse to health.


2. To fight against the socio-economic effect of drug and substance abuse to the nations economy.


3. Awareness on the link between drugs and substance abuse and the spread of Hiv/Aids.


4. To enhance drastic reduction on the demand/supply of illicit drugs and substances.


5. To ensure a formidable network on the best preventive measure and the rehabilitation of the drug victims.


6. To promote school health and drug free-club in schools.


7. To improve the quality of human life.


8. Production and distribution of I.E.C materials to public as a campaign strategy.
