CUDRAS as a non-profit non-governmental organization was establish in 2013. In addition to underpinning the theoretical base of drug-related initiatives and measures and improving the quality of policy formulation, CUDRAS has opened up opportunities for conducting analysis on organized crime. It then supposes to create a discourse to share findings and experiences and therefore can potentially play a significant part in drug policy orientation at national, regional and transnational level.
