Nurture Smart Youth Program Kenya (NurSYP Kenya) is a non-profit organization registered in March 2011. NurSYPK Kenya aims to equip the youth in Africa achieve social-economic empowerment and leadership platforms. We engage young people in training programs which include Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Mentorship and Environmental Management at level 1.
We completed a one year ‘Specific Life Skills for Children and Youth’ program between September 2013 to August 2014 in collaboration with the National Authority of the Campaign Against Drugs and Alcohol (NACADA).
Between December 2014 and April 2015, we partnered with 1% Cheetah Fund, a Dutch lottery from Netherlands and took through 15 youth participants in leadership, Entrepreneurship, Training of Trainers and Positive Character Development.
We are currently concluding a NurSYP Kenya Life Skills Training Program for Juveniles (Jan – June 2015) in partnership with Riverside Church New York Sharing Fund.
