L.E.A.D. was formed as a Non-Profit, 501 (c) 3, in 2014, in order to offer law enforcement officers an evidence based, tested and proven effective, K-12 anti-drug/anti-violence curriculum. L.E.A.D. utilizes the Mendez Foundation's, evidence based, Too Good for Drugs and Too Good for Violence curricula. The curricula include tested and proven effective, age appropriate, marijuana, opioid, OTC, and prescription drug information taught by educators and law enforcement officers.
