Since 2012, our youth development NGO, YouthAid-Liberia has been providing services for young people in Montserrado, Bong and Margibi counties through youth and community empowerment projects, sexual and reproductive health rights and drug policy education and substance abuse awareness for peers, civic advocacy on elections with vote reached and first time voters, peacebuilding initiatives and democracy/human rights advocacy.
Our projects have had partnership or technical supports from the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES Liberia), Population Service International (PSI Liberia), the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia, UNODC, IDPC, PeaceDirect (InsightOnConflict), National Elections of Commission of Liberia (NEC), USAID Liberia, Liberia Immunization Platform (LIP), GAVI Alliance, Catholic Relief Services Liberia, National AIDS Commission of Liberia (NAC), International Women Peace Group-South Korea, and Ministry of Health & Social Welfare (Mental Health Department and Expanded Program on Immunization Unit).
