A Liverpool man jailed for setting up sophisticated drug factories capable of producing millions of pounds worth of cannabis cannot complain about his tough sentence, top judges have ruled. Three senior judges at London’s Court of Appeal today rebuffed a bid by Blackburn to have his sentence cut, saying his “severe” term was entirely justified.
