Dropped marijuana: Should a person drop or forget an ounce or less of marijuana at a retail store with a pharmacy in Potington State (i.e. Washington State), managers need to notify law enforcement and destroy the marijuana under a law approved by lawmakers.
Potheads obviously don´t always know where their marijuana is. Shouldn´t lawmakers spend their time on more important things – such as making sure that illicit drugs, according to federal law, are seized?
