California is a good place to be if you are an orange or smoke marijuana

Reuters reports that a medical marijuana dispensary billed as the world’s largest cannabis store may stay open while the city of Oakland fights a U.S. government effort to shut it down or seize the property, a federal judge ruled on Wednesday.
So where are Holder and Obama on this? Do they spend all their time on Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan and hunting down Snowden? Important issues per se. What about a reaction about the situation in Potington State and the State of Potorado? Maybe it is more interesting to present views on foreign affairs than dealing with internal affairs.
U.S. journalists are about as silent about this as the silence shown by the U.S. Administration. How come? Are all journalists potheads quietly supporting the silence of the Administration?
