Montana: Sponsor wants to make marijuana illegal

Steve Zabawa, a partner with the Rimrock Auto Group, is sponsoring an initiative that would “eliminate the disparity between federal law and state law.” The potential law would make any drug on Schedule One of the Federal Controlled Substances Act illegal in Montana.
