As presidents of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Sheriffs Association (NSA), the two largest law enforcement organization representing police executives, we feel compelled to speak out on the issue of the legalization of marijuana, specifically Proposition 19 in California. Our organizations strongly oppose legalization efforts.
