Netherlands: 5,300 marijuana plantations stole electricity last year

Last year Dutch police destroyed some 5 300 marijuana plantations. All of them illegally tapped electricity. Netbeheer Nederland suspects marijuana platations are using one billion kilowatt hours of power per year.
