A man who cultivated cannabis at his flat near Carlisle could face a £2,539 bill for the electricity he used to do it.
Paul Nicholas Carter, 50, of Cocklakes Court, Cotehill, pleaded guilty at the city’s Crown Court today to producing cannabis, a class B drug, between June 19 and September 19 last year.
