The Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) will hold a hybrid event commemorating the United Nations International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and launching the 2024 UNODC World Drug Report. The event will take place in a hybrid format on June 26th, from 1 pm to 3 pm CEST (Vienna time, UTC+2) at the Vienna International Centre and online. 

The event will feature a presentation of the World Drug Report, followed by a panel discussion. The VNGOC Chair, Matej Košir, will be part of the panel and three other civil society representatives selected through an open call will make short interventions:

• Cressida de Witte, World Federation Against Drugs

NGOs based in Vienna with a valid VIC ground pass are welcome to attend the event in person, all others can follow online.
