Colorado Attorney General John Suthers has released a letter to members of the Colorado Assembly summarizing his position on medical marijuana legislation, which is scheduled to be presented before a House.
Suthers’ letter underlines his and the law enforcement community’s concerns that the Massey-Romer bill clearly goes beyond what the voters intended when they passed Amendment 20 in 2000.
