As reported in the WFAD news section, U.S. Attorney John F. Walsh today issued letter to 25 marijuana stores, formally notifying them that action will be taken to seize and forfeit their property if they do not discontinue the sale and/or distribution of marijuana within 45 days from today, March 23, 2012.
This is excellent but not enough. Snake oil “medicine” distribution should be closed down completely as smoking crude marijuana has not been approved as a medicine by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in the U.S. or anywhere else in the world.
