Colorado Senate affirms vote setting stoned-driving limits

A one-vote majority for a bill making it easier to convict people of driving stoned on marijuana held up today in the Colorado Senate, as the body gave its final approval to the measure, Denver Post reports. The bill will now move to the Colorado House.
