Kids as young as 3 years old receive Ritalin for their behavior. It is an outright scandal to allow pharmaceutical companies to earn money on the behaviour of three-year-olds. Figures from the UK show that the number of Ritalin prescriptions leapt from 158,000 in 1999 to 661,463 in 2010.
