Good news from San Diego: Snake oil initiative won´t qualify

Citizens for Patient Rights, in connection with the Patient Care Association, were unsuccessful in securing the required 62,057 signatures by Monday’s deadline to qualify the initiative. The number of signatures collected was less than 20,000, organizers said.
