Washington state resident Otagus Coverson received a life sentence in an Anchorage federal courtroom Thursday for trafficking cocaine to Alaska after his fourth felony drug conviction.Over the course of their investigation, federal authorities intercepted nearly nine kilograms of cocaine that the man, Otagus Coverson, arranged to have delivered to him in Anchorage.
