Don´t listen to the Oregon potheads

If Oregon´s Measure 80 is passed, Oregon adults 21 and over would be permitted to grow and possess marijuana, and marijuana consumption of all forms would be allowed.
Supporters of Measure 80 say that Oregon spends about $60 million each year to enforce existing marijuana laws, BUT…BUT…not a word about costs for prevention, treatment and recovery as a result of permissive attitudes towards use of marijuana.
Naïve supporters of Measure 80 believe that legalization of marijuana would kill the current black markets and organized crime. This just won´t happen. Organized crime will offer their marijuana “services” to those under 21, at cheaper prices. They would offer products with higher THC content and provide 24/7 service.Oregonians! Don´t let yourself be fooled by your local potheads. You deserve better!
