Uruguay’s harm production initiative

In a vain effort to fight organized crime in the country, Uruguay will offer local potheads the possibility to buy 1,4 oz of marijuana per month. If you can afford roughly $35 a month you can be part of the government’s harm production initiative. Potheads will have to show their cards with a barcode intended to keep track of the amount each person buys.

Organized crime in Uruguay will applaud the initiative as they can now compete with lower prices, sale to youngsters, and better quality.
