Jo Wood, wife of Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, in her autobiography confesses she offered her children drugs to try when growing up. The 15-year-old daughter marijuana, and her 16-year-old son a packet of cocaine.
That is what might be called irresponsible motherhood.
