Bogota is spearheading a strange, to say the least, project where they want to treat bazuco addicts with marijuana. This kind of non-rocket “science” will probably result in bazuco addicts using bazuco (a cheap, addictive cocaine derivative that generates crack-like highs) PLUS marijuana. A city acting as an enabler obviously lacks the knowledge and compassion necessary to help active drug addicts.
A Pope once said “La droga non si vince con la droga” (You can´t beat drugs with drugs). That’s food for thought for Bogota.
