The State Anti-Drug Committee of the Russian Federation plans to endorse by the weekend the draft national program for drug addicts rehabilitation, Viktor Ivanov, head of the Federal Drug Control Service and chairman of the State Anti-Drug Committee, told reporters on Monday.
