If the NSA is not too busy monitoring millions of Americans and Europeans, as well as people elsewhere, why not spend some time monitoring the illegal “medical” marijuana business. NSA might not find terrorists there as you define them. However, providing a drug, which is illegal according to federal law, isn´t that drug terrorism posing a threat to the U.S.?
