A Christchurch R18 store was given the green light to sell psychoactive substances by the Government despite strong objections from local health authorities and police. The R18 Store on Lincoln Rd sits two doors down from a community mental health provider, opposite a childcare service and only a few blocks away from a primary school, the Salvation Army’s addiction services and Hillmorton Hospital.
