Soros Ltd & Friends have managed to bring drugs to the World Economic Forum, i.e. a discussion on drugs. These guys are not stupid. What better place can you find to influence decision makers. This afternoon (local time) Kofi Annan and Texas Gov. Rick Perry were on the panel.
