A proposal to allow New Mexico voters to decide whether to legalize recreational marijuana stalled Friday. As the legislative session ends Feb. 20 the responsible committee should not debate legalization of recreational marijuana during this legislative session. Why not? Because it is important to give voters scientific and correct information about marijuana instead of the local and out of state gibberish provided today.
