Denver Post reports that several pro-marijuana activists are seeking an emergency injunction against the University of Colorado’s plans to close its Boulder campus Friday as part of the school’s efforts to stop an annual pot smoke-out and demonstration.CU-Boulder doesn´t want the annual marijuana smoke on campus any more. No, why should they accept it? Using marijuana is violating federal law and the fact that the university is fed up has nothing to do with squelching free speech. CU-Boulder Chancellor Philip P. DiStefano says the annual pot smoke-out has to end. An excellent decision! Chancellor DiStefano has the support of the CU-Boulder student government.
