California: Serving alcohol until 4.a.m.

State Sen. Mark Leno has proposed a bill that would give local communities the option of letting restaurants, bars and nightclubs serve alcohol into the wee hours. According to Leno, later drinking hours would be beneficial for job creation, tourism, local tax revenue and alcoholism (the last one not mentioned by Leno).

That´s real freedom Leno? Getting drunk at 4 a.m? On the other hand, customers don´t have to wait for very long until the marijuana di$pen$aries open in the morning.
