After a tip-off police went to a house where drug-sniffing dog Franky alerted his handler by sitting down after sniffing at the base of the door. After receiving a warrant, the house was searched and cannabis plants found. Case closed? Nope. However, drug-sniffing dogs don´t care about the 4th Amendment. They care about finding and catching the drugs. Maybe lawmakers should take the same stance to arrive at the same conclusion as drug-sniffing dogs – Go for It!
