According to The New Zealand Herald the government is bringing in legislation requiring pills and synthetic cannabis products to be tested on animals before they can go on the market. It would be a better idea to increase efforts to pin down the scumbags producing the pills and the synthetic cannabis products.
The SPCA promises to condemn any plans to test the party pills on animals. However, condemnation is not good enough. Protests, demonstrations and civil disobedience are highly recommended.
There is no excuse whatsoever to make animals suffer in order to facilitate for people to drug themselves for the pure pleasure of it.
