Potorado marijuana regulations signed into law

U.S. potheads are welcome to join Potorado potheads after marijuana regulations have now been signed into law. However, coming from a “foreign” U.S. State you are not entitled to get stoned to the same degree as the Potoradans. Don´t worry – the nonsense rules about how much pot you can buy, applying to visitors from out-of-state, work in the same way as the rules in the Netherlands about how much pot you may buy in one and the same place, i.e. it doesn´t work. You just travel from one shop to another to get what you want.
The new marijuana regulations will facilitate and expand pot business for organized criminal groups as the “legal” State marijuana laws (in breach of Federal law) include a series of new taxes on the drug, such as a 15 percent excise tax plus recreational pot sales tax of 10 percent plus regular statewide and local sales taxes. Something organized criminal groups couldn´t care less about.
