Aren´t you clever Stroup! Such a statement must have required a lot of thinking!

Here is more for those lacking pothead imagination – We´re not going to eliminate the high number of arrests for murder until we completely legalise murder; we are not going to eliminate the high number of arrests for tax fraud until we completely legalise tax fraud…and so on, and so on.

As most people, including Stroup, would understand, is that making everything legal per definition eliminates arrests.
