Yesterday California Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill 1300 which will provide possibilities for cities and local governments in California to restrict and/or ban så called “medical” marijuana dispensaries.
The law provides powers to “regulate the location, operation, or establishment of a medical marijuana cooperative or collective”.
