India: State fast becoming turf of drug smugglers

Parents and guardians of young ones take note, Guwahati and some other cities of the State are fast becoming the favoured turf for drug smugglers and peddlers. The fate of many among the young generations is sealed if the authorities do not act quickly. It appears that some social networking sights are also being used to spread drug abuse.
