More than 230 cities in the U.S. affected by Mexican drug cartels

According to Milenio, citing U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for Canada, Mexico and NAFTA, Roberta Jacobson, more than 230 U.S. cities have been affected by Mexican drug cartels, not only along the U.S.-Mexican border but in cities throughout the country.
