UK prison officers have complained to the Government’s health and safety watchdog that staff are getting ‘high’ from cannabis fumes escaping from prisoners’ cells.
The Health and Safety Executive has asked the Prison Service to carry out a risk assessment, which might lead to improved ventilation.
Another example of stupidity at large. Is allowing prisoners to smoke cannabis in their cells an example of British progressive prison politics?
