Rene Sanabria-Oropeza, a Bolivian national and retired Bolivian General, and Marcelo Foronda-Azero, also a Bolivian national, pled guilty 23 June to one count of conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 963.
Sentencing for both defendants is scheduled for September 2, 2011.
