According to El Espectador today, U.S. drug czar Gil Kerlikowske visits Colombia on Jan. 17-20. During his stay in Colombia Gil Kerlikowske will meet with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos and Colombian National Police Director Gen. Oscar Naranjo.
