Britt Fredenman has 30+ years of experience in project management and development processes, with particularly deep expertise in alcohol and drug prevention with a focus on women’s health, gender and social inclusion. She has worked in a range of countries and sectors including education, adolescent girls’ education and empowerment, health, capacity building, trauma-informed practices, public speaking services, youth democratic processes, intercultural exchanges, livelihoods, fragility, and conflict. She has many years of experience in human rights, gender and child rights-based work with a focus on health indicators and girls’ right to good health in different countries, e.g. Sweden, Iceland, Finland, Romania, Senegal, Lithuania, Belarus, Uganda, Canada, Russia including parts of Siberia.
