Ibe Nkechika Perpetua is a graduate of Political Science and holds her masters degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. She is the founder of Impact Her World Foundation (IHWF) and the Gender and Research Director at African Youths Initiative on Crime Prevention (AYICRIP). She is a research fellow with Next Leaders Initiative for Sustainablity (NELIS), Japan. She is also a selected member of Inter-agency Network of Education in Emergiencies (INEE) Gender Task Team.

Her organisation Impact Her World Foundation focuses on promoting the health and wellbeing of women and girls in Nigeria and across Africa.
