Foundation for Democratic Initiatives and Development (FDID-SL) is youth oriented civil society organization that works with youths that are associated with drug, alcohol and violence in Sierra Leone. (FDID-SL) is a Human rights and development-oriented organization that has championed youth rights issues in Freetown and other parts of Sierra Leone., FDID-SL work to enhance youth active participation and involvement in upholding and promoting a sustainable development culture and participatory governance at grass root levels, through effective information dissemination, advocacy, lobbying, dialogue, civic education and community driven activities. We engage youths to come out of the streets and off drugs and engage in sustainable development work example farming and other small businesses in Sierra Leone.
