1. To organise programmes, events, and activities to engender community development, human capacity development, peace, unity, and progress.
2. To organise and sponsor sporting, educational, and social events that will promote the talents of young people and inspire great achievements.
3. To organise upskilling, motivational, reorientation, entrepreneurial, and empowerment programmes, seminars, and workshops for the youth, especially the boys.
4. To liaise with other organisations and entities having similar aims and objectives to undertake joint programmes.
