The mission of the Institute for Behavior and Health, (IBH) is to identify and promote effective new strategies to reduce the demand for illegal drugs. Non-partisan and non-political, IBH serves as a catalyst for change by encouraging action by government agencies, non-profits, research institutions and grassroots community groups. Established in 1978, IBH is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works to reduce illegal drug use with the power of good ideas supported by effective policies and programs.
