Red Preventiva is a Latin American organisation dedicated to strengthening community-based prevention in schools. Red Preventiva combines the Icelandic Prevention Model (Planet Youth) with Harvard Kennedy School's Adaptive Leadership methodology to support schools and communities in preventing substance use and promoting healthy environments for young people.

Red Preventiva follows a structured prevention cycle—measure, educate, commit, and monitor—through scientific assessment of student risk and protective factors, capacity-building for school leaders, teachers, and families, the facilitation of voluntary Parental Agreements, and real-time data management through its platform, Copreventive.

To date, Red Preventiva has generated more than 130,000 student records across schools in Chile's Metropolitan, Biobío, and Araucanía regions and is now expanding its work to Mexico. As the first Latin American organisation to operationalise these two internationally recognised frameworks within a scalable SaaS platform, Red Preventiva aims to support evidence-informed prevention with measurable community impact.
